Account requests include name, business email, optional organization, and purpose. Enterprise inquiries include contact, organization, deployment interest, use case, and explicit response consent. Do not submit secrets or regulated payloads.
Platform records
The service stores tenant configuration, passkey public credential material, hashed sessions, audit events, API specifications, deployment records, and limited operational logs. Passwords are not used in production.
Use and disclosure
Information is used to operate, secure, improve, and respond about RLX Gate. Reallexi does not claim an advertising-data business and does not embed third-party advertising trackers in the current site.
Retention and rights
Retention depends on record purpose, security evidence, customer obligations, and applicable law. Use the contact form and identify a privacy request clearly; identity verification may be required before disclosing or changing records.
